What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Safety is our most important goal. We Follow CDC guidance for cleaning. Please see our page on Health and Safety for more information.
Is there anything you DON’T do?
We do not clean carpet or rugs. We do not wash windows that are not within reach with a step ladder. We do not move heavy furniture, load or unload moving trucks.
Why did you get started doing this type of work?
The Duo wanted to work together, have flexibility in our schedule and get exercise while doing something we enjoy!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brian has been a certified personal chef for over 20 years. Our cleaning and organizing skills are from years of experience working with clients, family and friends.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Kind people who appreciate hard work, thoughtfulness and integrity.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We like to work with clients who need help moving forward in life on projects they are struggling to complete. The project may be as simple as cleaning out some clutter, organizing their kitchen or downsizing for a move to a new place.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don’t just focus on cheapest deal. In our experience over many years of hiring people is you get what you pay for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Have a good idea of the scope of the work you need done, do your research and hire people you connect with.
